Reyna ng Aliwan 2011 is Rogelia Catacutan who hailed from Cebu, representative from Sinulog Festival!
This is the third consecutive time that a Cebuana bagged the award.
Second place goes to Christine Kate Adi of Baguio followed by Dominique Braun of Zarraga, Iloilo, Bernadette Chiu ng Bulacan, and Jeremy Jane Evans of Santiago, Isabela.
Catacutan is also Best in Evening gown, while Adi is Best in Swimsuit, and Braun is the Best in Talent. The Best in Festival Costume went to Samantha Amparo of Iloilo City.
