Sexy starlet and model Solenn Heussaff allegedly earned P13..38 million in 2011 but only declared P6.37 million, now the Bureau of Internal Revenue on Thursday sued her before the Department of Justice for it!
In a statement, the BIR said Heussaff, Solenn Marie Adea Heussaff in real life and a resident of Forbes Park In Makati and with business address in Dasmariñas Village, Makati, violated sections 254 and 255 of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, as amended (Tax Code).
The BIR filed the tax evasion case against Heussaff, who was alleged to have earned P13.38 million in the year but only declared P6.37 million.
Heussaff allegedly committed willful attempt to evade or defeat tax and for deliberate failure to supply correct and accurate information, resulting in non-payment of taxes.
The BIR said it issued Letter of Authority No. 211-2013-00000014 for the examination of her books of accounts and other accounting records for all internal revenue taxes covering taxable year 2011.
To determine Heussaff's true income, the BIR said it sent access letters to business entities that engaged her services.

"Replies to said access letters received from Heussaff's withholding agents/payors revealed that she received income payments amounting to P13.38 million in 2011. Further investigation revealed that she declared a gross income of only P6.73 million in her Income Tax Return for taxable year 2011."
The BIR said Heussaff should settle her tax liability of P3.6 million.
Besides Heussaff, the BIR also filed tax evasion raps against her accountant, Teofilo Magno Jr.
