$11.2 billion at stake in looming divorce of oil baron!

A divorce with $11.2 billion on the line is in store for oil baron Harold Hamm, one of the richest men in America.

Harold Hamm the chief executive of Continental Resources looming divorce with soon to be ex-wife Sue Ann Hamm will put a $11.2 billion oil fortunate on the line.

Sue Ann alleges that her husband was having an affair, as her main reason for divorcing him. If this is the case, she could end up with a huge settlement.

Harold and Sue Ann were married in 1988 and have two adult children together. Harold, 67, was named as one of the most influential people in the world by Time Magazine and Forbes named him one of the 50 richest Americans last year. Sue Ann is a former executive at Continental but is no longer with the company.

It is unclear if the two had a pre-nuptial agreement, but if not Sue Ann Hamm could walk away with about half that, or about $5.6 billion, which would still make it the most expensive divorce settlement to date.
