Everything in moderation na, that’s what I learned from Eddie Garcia. I work out regularly. I do mountain biking. I watch what I eat. I take as much vitamins as possible. I don’t smoke, I would drink pero social na lang. Kung hindi naman kailangan hindi na ako nagpupuyat unless needed sa work. Important also to keep a positive outlook on life. I don’t entertain stress and negativity.”

'Showtime' back on air January 19!
ABS-CBN's popular morning show "Showtime" is set to be back on air on Tuesday.
In a phone interview with abs-cbnNEWS.com, Mr. Bong Osorio, head of ABS-CBN Corporate Communications, confirmed that the network got hold of a temporary restraining order (TRO) from the Court of Appeals allowing the resumption of "Showtime" on January 19.
"Bukas na po (babalik ang 'Showtime'). May TRO effective for 60 days. The preventive suspension order against the program has been lifted," Osorio said.
"Showtime" was given a 20-day preventive suspension by the Movie & Television Review & Classification Board (MTRCB) due to controversial remarks made by actress Rosanna Roces against teachers.
ABS-CBN's official statement on the TRO says:

MANILA , Philippines -- Last Wednesday (Jan. 13) at around 5: 30 p.m., I got the following text message from a friend: May sinugod na babae si Kris Aquino sa Valle Verde...pinagsuspetsahan daw ‘yung babae na girlfriend ni James (Yap, Kris’ husband)... Paki-verify.
My first impulse was to call Kris but either she “cannot be reached” or “the person you’re calling is out of coverage area.”

Actress-TV host Kris Aquino has broken her silence on news reports saying she made a scene outside the house of an alleged girlfriend of her hubby, star cager James Yap, last Wednesday.
In a text message sent to ABS-CBN News which she later revised, Aquino denied she shouted and swore at the mother of Mayen Austria, Yap's rumored girlfriend, outside the residence of the Austrias in Valle Verde, Pasig City.
