Glee star Cory Monteith has voluntarily checked into rehab for substance addiction.
This is Monteith's second time in rehab. He admitted in a 2011 interview that he had a substance abuse problem as a teenager and first sought treatment when he was 19.
Monteith's rehab has been confirmed by his rep:
"He graciously asks for your respect and privacy as he takes the necessary steps towards recovery."
