Justin Bieber fainted at the backstage of the O2 Arena during his London concert on Thursday night.
And 10 minutes later he returned to the stage to finish the show but was confined in a hospital afterwards.
The 19-year old Canadian superstar instagrammed to his millions of followers a picture of himself shirtless on a hospital bed in London.
